In 2023, 26percent of German viewers used YouTube at least once a week, 17 percent even did so daily. Besides popular video streaming providers such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video or iTunes, Germans also use media libraries for viewing video content. The media libraries belonging to public service broadcasters ARD and ZDF were the most popular.
